"Amar Shevaghar" is a service-oriented platform. "Amar Shevaghar" connects the service recipient, the health card holder, and the service provider (hospital).

Before using each service or service, there are some terms and conditions and some limitations. Accordingly, before using the services included in “Amar Sebaghar”, all users must comply with the terms and conditions provided by “Amar Sebaghar”. If anyone does not comply with these terms and conditions, then that person/organization can refrain from using “Amar Sebaghar”. Services can only be received in accordance with the terms and conditions given below by “Amar Sebaghar” and no reason outside the said terms and conditions will be applicable to receive the services of “Amar Sebaghar”.

You confirm and agree to the following terms and conditions:-

• You are a person of 18 years of age or older as per the state laws of Bangladesh or you have taken the services of “Amar Sheba Ghar” with the full permission and proper guidance of an adult member of your family. Or you have taken this service for a member of your family with the full knowledge of that person. And if the said person is a child or a minor, then you are his legal guardian.
• You are a legal citizen of Bangladesh or a person legally residing in Bangladesh.
• While availing the services of “Amar Seva Ghar”, you shall not use this service in any way for any purpose that is anti-state, anti-public interest, or harmful to the state. In addition, you shall refrain from any action that may insult a person’s religion, caste, or harm their personal affairs through this service. If you commit any of the above-mentioned acts through the “Amar Seva Ghar” service, you shall be fully responsible for it.
• All your information provided to us for the services of "Amar Sheba Ghar"; name, date of birth, blood group, gender, and related information will be considered true by us and the security of all your information will be guaranteed according to our Privacy & Policy. If there is any mistake in the said information and if you face any kind of problem due to that mistake, "Amar Sheba Ghar" will not be considered responsible in any way.
• Since "Amar Sheva Ghar" services are technology-dependent and technology has many limitations and errors, "Amar Sheva Ghar" will not be responsible for any problems encountered due to technical errors that cannot be easily resolved.
• “Amar Sheva Ghar” is a service-oriented platform. “Amar Sheva Ghar” connects the service recipient, the health card holder, and the service provider (hospital). So here are some terms and conditions for receiving the service:
• The service recipient can verify all personal information about the hospital before receiving the service. Although “Amar Sheba Ghar” verifies the information of the service providers (hospitals) on its own responsibility and only after verifying the information, “Amar Sheba Ghar” allows them to provide services to them. But the service recipient can verify all the issues of the service providers (hospitals) if he wants. If any problem is encountered after verification by the service recipient, “Amar Sheba Ghar” will not be considered responsible.
• Since "Amar Sheva Ghar" establishes a connection between the service recipient and the service provider, "Amar Sheva Ghar" has no direct connection with the provision of the service, so "Amar Sheva Ghar" will not be considered responsible if there is any problem in the provision of the service. However, if the service recipient encounters any problem due to the provision of the service, if he informs "Amar Sheva Ghar" support, appropriate action will be taken against the service provider subject to appropriate evidence.
• "Amar Sevaghar" only connects the service recipient with the registered hospital. So here you can use the "Amar Sevaghar" medium to get hospital services and seek advice for your health problems.
• You can use the services of "Amar Sheba Ghar" to receive services from registered hospitals, but "Amar Sheba Ghar" will not be responsible for any physical problems, limb loss, or loss of life caused by that service.
• To avail the services of "Amar Sevaghar", we must come to a registered hospital and have our health card with us.
